Product Overview
The JXF series low-voltage distribution box is a power distribution device designed and assembled into various control functions according to the model, specifications, and quantity of components. Installation and Use
Safety Precautions
- Pre-installation inspection : After unpacking, check whether the product appearance is intact, whether the accessories are complete, and whether the technical documents are complete.
- Installation environment : The installation site should be free from severe vibration and impact, and the altitude should not exceed 2000m.
- Ambient temperature : The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃ or fall below -5℃, and the average temperature over 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.
- Relative humidity : At a maximum temperature of +40℃, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%.
- Installation and Fixing : Choose wall-mounted or floor-mounted installation according to the installation method, ensuring a firm and reliable fixation.
- Wiring requirements : Strictly follow the electrical schematic diagram for wiring, ensuring correct and secure connections.
- Grounding requirements : The enclosure must be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance must not exceed 4Ω.
- Pre-power-on checks : Before powering on, it is essential to check that all components are intact, the wiring is correct, and the insulation is in good condition.
Maintenance and Care
- Regular inspection : Regularly check the working status of all components in the distribution box and tighten any loose wiring terminals.
- Cleaning and maintenance : Regularly clean the dust inside the box and keep the inside dry and clean.
- Sealing check : Check that the enclosure seal is intact to prevent water and dust from entering.
- Grounding check : Regularly check the reliability of the grounding system.
- Troubleshooting : If any abnormality is found, immediately disconnect the power and check. Use can only resume after the fault has been eliminated.
- Professional maintenance : Maintenance and upkeep should be performed by a professional electrician; live operation is strictly prohibited.
