a. Except for small-capacity transformers using copper conductors, the low-voltage windings of oil-immersed transformers generally employ a cylindrical structure with copper foil windings. The high-voltage windings utilize a multi-layer cylindrical structure, resulting in a balanced ampere-turn distribution, low leakage flux, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit withstand capability.
b. The core and windings are secured with various fastening measures. High- and low-voltage leads and other fastening components are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. A non-lifting core structure is adopted, enabling it to withstand the vibrations of transportation.
c. The coils and core undergo vacuum drying, and the transformer oil uses vacuum filtration and injection processes to minimize internal moisture.
d. The oil tank uses corrugated sheets, which have a breathing function to compensate for oil volume changes caused by temperature variations. Therefore, this product does not have an oil conservator, significantly reducing the transformer's height.
e. Because the corrugated sheets replace the oil conservator, the transformer oil is isolated from the external environment, effectively preventing the entry of oxygen and moisture that could degrade insulation performance. f. Based on the above five performance characteristics, the oil-immersed transformer does not require oil changes during normal operation, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the transformer and extends its service life.
